When will my order be shipped?
Parcels usually get shipped within 2 business days and take 2-7 days to arrive.Some remote locations could take longer, weather delays may occur.
Can I return Yumi products?
Opened items cannot be returned. However, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the delivery date. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you. Please note that shipping fees may apply for remote areas. For products purchased outsid
